Our Services
Tilliant provides AI native marketing, AI and IT services, carried out by AI agents and reviewed by our specialists. The scope, deliverables, timelines and fees of each engagement are set out in its proposal or agreement. Information on this website is general and may change without notice.
Fees and Payment
Fees, billing schedules and payment terms are agreed in writing for each engagement and invoiced by the Tilliant entity you contract with. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable within the period stated on them, and late payment may pause the service.
Privacy and Data
We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services, such as the details you share when you message us on WhatsApp. We do not sell personal data. Client data used for services such as Digital Brain or Perimeter is handled under the confidentiality and data terms of your agreement, and can stay on your own servers.
Intellectual Property
The Tilliant name, logo, website content and design belong to Tilliant or its licensors. Work we create for you is licensed or assigned to you as set out in your agreement, once the fees are paid. Third-party names and logos shown on this website belong to their owners.
Limitation of Liability
This website is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilliant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Liability for services is limited as set out in the relevant agreement.
Changes and Contact
